His career is defined by the design and optimisation of antivirus engines, advanced detection systems, and the application of machine learning to identify and mitigate evolving threats at scale. At Symantec and Broadcom, our CSO serves as Principal in the R&D department.He led the architecture of enterprise antivirus solutions, applyed behavioural analysis, static and dynamic code inspection, and AI/ML-driven detection to protect millions of users worldwide.he specialised in Cloud and EDR. He investigated some of the most sophisticated global threats and built heuristic, behavioural, and machine-learning models that set industry benchmarks.
